These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 14 Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we", "our", "us") regarding your use of the Super Fast VPN mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis through the Apple App Store:

Weekly Premium — $4.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
Monthly Premium — $29.99 per month
Yearly Premium — $79.99 per year

3.1 Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.2 Free Trial

If your plan includes a free trial and you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Only new subscribers are eligible for the free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.3 Managing & Cancelling

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Super Fast VPN → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly, but we are happy to assist — contact support@14teknoloji.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, or unauthorized access to systems
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service
Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable export controls or sanctions

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or in all locations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content (other than user content), is the exclusive property of 14 Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly described in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 14 TEKNOLOJI ANONIM ŞIRKETI, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 14 Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and 14 Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
