Super Fast VPN ("we", "our", "us") is operated by 14 Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, based in Bolu / Merkez, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. Privacy is the entire point of a VPN — we treat it accordingly.

1. Our No-Logs Promise

We do not log, store, sell, or share any data that could be used to identify your browsing activity. Specifically, we do not record:

Websites you visit, URLs, or DNS queries
Source or destination IP addresses while connected to the VPN
Connection timestamps tied to individual users
Bandwidth, data volume, or session duration linked to your account

2. Data We Do Collect

2.1 Account & Subscription Data

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple shares with us only an anonymous subscription receipt — never your name, email, payment details, or Apple ID. We use this receipt solely to validate active subscriptions.

2.2 Anonymous Diagnostics

With your consent (managed in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics), Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data with us. This helps us fix bugs. The data cannot be tied back to you and contains no browsing information.

2.3 Support Communications

If you email support@14teknoloji.com, we receive the content of your message and your email address. We use these only to respond to your inquiry and retain them for a maximum of 12 months.

3. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services, each carefully selected for their privacy practices:

Apple Inc. — App distribution, subscription processing, and optional crash analytics. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Our VPN server providers — operate the encryption infrastructure under our strict no-logs configuration. They handle traffic in memory only; nothing is written to disk.

We do not use third-party advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling tools.

4. Children's Privacy

Super Fast VPN is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, you have the right to:

Access any personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability (where applicable)
Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

6. Data Retention

Because we do not log VPN activity, there is nothing to retain. Support emails are stored for up to 12 months, then deleted. Subscription receipts are retained for tax and accounting purposes for the period required by Turkish law (typically 10 years).

7. Data Security

VPN traffic is encrypted end-to-end with AES-256 and modern transport protocols. All servers run on encrypted, RAM-only disk configurations that reset on every reboot. Internal systems are protected with multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are distributed across multiple countries to provide global coverage. When you connect to a server, your encrypted traffic is routed through that jurisdiction. We do not transfer personal data internationally for our own purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
